Default Trailer towing and launching: Ease of use

Hi. I am a Design Engineer at the University of Nottingham currently undertaking my final year masters project. My topic is watersports transportation and security with the main focus on improving the ease of use of trailers. Please fill in a very short questionnaire (follow link below) to help with my research. All answers are anonymous and much appreciated. Or alternatively leave comments on this thread on how you think trailers could be improved.
Thank you.
